Atlantic Premiers Write Prime Minister Regarding the Atlantic Fisheries Fund

The Council of Atlantic Premiers has written to Prime Minister Carney regarding the future of the Atlantic Fisheries Fund (AFF).

Atlantic Premiers are concerned about the federal government’s plan to end the AFF on March 31, 2026. Premiers are calling on the Prime Minister to fulfill the election platform commitment to renew and enhance the AFF by increasing the fund by 20 per cent.
